Blocvote.org and app.blocvote.org ("Blocvote") are web-based platforms that enable individuals to engage in political discourse and participate in the democratic process. By using Blocvote, you agree to the following terms of service ("Terms").

User Responsibilities When using Blocvote, you agree to the following:

  1. You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to infringing upon the rights of others, violating applicable laws or regulations, or engaging in fraudulent or misleading behavior.

  2. You will not create or use multiple accounts, bots, or other automated methods to manipulate the system or interfere with other users' participation.

  6. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of Blocvote.

Privacy Blocvote takes your privacy very seriously. By using the service, you agree to the Blocvote Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Intellectual Property All content and materials on Blocvote, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Blocvote and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content and materials without Blocvote's express written consent.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blocvote and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
